The Heavy-Duty Double-Wall Box is built for weight the single-wall carton cannot carry. Two fluted layers — commonly a BC combination — bonded between liners give it the stacking strength and puncture resistance that heavy, dense, and fragile freight demands. When a shipment has to survive palletized stacking, rough handling, and a long haul, this is the box that holds.

Strength here is a specification, and we build to it. We select the double-wall flute and liner grade for your stacking load and drop hazard — typically 48 to 61 ECT or 275 to 350 pound burst — and choose a full-overlap or standard RSC style for extra corner support. Taped, glued, or stitched seams close the toughest cartons, and flexo or litho-lamination still carries your brand and handling marks.
