Mailer Boxes

A mailer box is one continuous piece of corrugated that folds into a tuck-front closure with self-locking side wings — no tape, no glue, no assembly beyond a few folds. We build them in E-flute, the fine-wall grade that prints smoothly and folds crisply, so the box feels engineered rather than industrial. It holds shut through the carrier network and opens with a single motion, which is exactly the moment your customer starts filming.

Print is where mailers earn their keep, and we print both sides. Outside: full-color or a confident single hit on kraft or white. Inside: the surface your customer actually photographs — a pattern, a welcome message, a scannable code to a reorder page, or your brand color edge to edge. Because the wings and tuck panel are part of the print, the design reads as one object from every angle, not a label stuck on a box.

Structurally we size each mailer to the product with the right void allowance, so contents stay seated without extra filler. A tear strip makes the first open clean, an optional second adhesive strip turns the same box around for returns, and the flat-shipped bundle stacks tight on your pack bench. Every order is proofed folded and filled — a mailer that only looks right flat is not finished.
