Double-Wall Boxes

Double-wall boxes laminate two corrugated layers — typically a B-flute against a C-flute — into one board that resists crushing, stacking loads and the general violence of LTL freight. This is the box for dense product: hardware, machined parts, canned goods, bulk packs, anything where a single-wall carton would bulge on the first pallet tier and fail on the third. The extra wall buys stacking strength, puncture resistance and edge protection in every direction.

We specify these boxes around the load, not the label. Tell us the weight, the pallet pattern and how high the stack goes, and we match the board grade — from a standard 48 ECT double-wall up to heavier constructions — so the bottom box in the stack holds its shape for the whole ride. Interior fitments, corner protection and full-overlap flap styles are available where the contents demand even more.
