Yes. We provide plain board samples and, for larger orders, a die-cut structural sample so you can confirm fit, board strength, and print before the full run.

Yes. You can combine sizes and styles across an order, and the combined volume counts toward your price tier — ideal for a multi-SKU packaging line.

Yes. We keep your dieline, board spec, and artwork on file, so reorders match your previous run exactly and move faster.

No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and production begins.

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal for clean print and a precise dieline. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your artwork print-ready at no charge.

Yes. Send your product or its dimensions and weight, and our structural team builds the dieline and engineers any inserts, then samples it before the run.

Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching on both flexo and litho-laminated print so your box colors stay true and consistent across reorders.

Yes. Full interior print is available on mailer and e-commerce boxes so the unboxing is branded, not bare brown board.

Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination. Because corrugated ships flat and bundled, freight stays economical even at volume.

Flat. Boxes ship knocked-down flat and bundled to save space and freight, and set up quickly by hand or on a case erector.

We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.

Bulk pricing is by quote; typical ranges run from about half a dollar per box for a simple single-wall shipper up to several dollars for a large, printed, or double-wall box, improving as the run grows. Each product page shows its range.

Price depends on size, board grade, flute, print, and quantity. A quote is the only accurate number — and we return one within a business day.

All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established companies.

Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it — that’s our lowest-price guarantee.

For light e-commerce, E or B flute single-wall is plenty; for heavier or stackable shipments, C flute or BC double-wall adds strength. Tell us the weight and stacking plan and we’ll spec the ECT and burst strength.

Single-wall is one fluted layer between two liners — light, economical, and right for most products. Double-wall is two fluted layers for heavy, dense, or fragile freight that must stack and survive rough handling.

Natural kraft is economical and reads eco and rugged; white-top or coated board gives brighter, cleaner print for retail and premium e-commerce. Both take full-color print.

Flexo is economical for 1–3 spot colors at high volume; litho-lamination gives photographic, edge-to-edge color for retail and unboxing; digital is ideal for shorter, variable runs. We’ll recommend one for your art and quantity.

Yes. Our corrugated board is recyclable and made with recycled content, and we offer uncoated and kraft options for brands with sustainability commitments — just ask.
